I think Skilling is wrong and that he doesn't need a second appeal. With or with out the media the trail was fair the media didn't have any thing to do with the verdict. Even though they charged him on securities fraud doesn't mean that he didn't commit services law fraud also....I disagree with Skilling he was wrong, for doing what he did. I don't think any sympathy should be shown.
